Cookie Policy
A very short list, and your choice is always yours.
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations we must ask before using any that are not essential. We use very few, and none for advertising.
What we use
| Name | Type | Category | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| vamosviver_choices | Cookie | Essential | Remembers your cookie choices, so that we do not ask on every page | 6 months |
| vv_commenter | Browser storage | Preferences | Remembers your name and email for the comment form, if you ask us to. It stays in your browser | Until you clear it or withdraw consent |
| vv_ticks | Browser storage | Preferences | Remembers which items you ticked on the packing checklist. It stays in your browser | Until you clear it or withdraw consent |
Your choices
- Essential cookies are needed for the site to work properly and cannot be switched off here.
- Preferences are off until you allow them. Without them, the site works but will not remember your comment details or checklist ticks.
- Statistics are off until you allow them. We do not run any statistics or analytics tool at present, so this choice currently sets nothing. If we add one, it will only run with your permission, and we will update this page first.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not load third-party trackers, fonts or social network plug-ins.
Change your mind
You can change your choices at any time here, or with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookie only means that we will ask for your choices again.
